EB-5 FINANCING

A REGIONAL CENTER             < BACK

In further support of the EB-5 program the U.S. Congress provided for the authorization of “Regional Centers” approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. Commercial projects located within a Regional Center are not required to employ 10 workers for each EB-5 qualifying investment. It is sufficient if the investor demonstrates that at least 10 qualifying jobs will be created or preserved directly and indirectly on account of the investment. An investment in a commercial project situated within a Regional Center fosters economic expansion through increased exports, greater regional productivity, job creation or additional domestic capital investment and qualifies for the broader view of job creation.Regent America is affiliated with Florida EB-5 Investments LLC, which has been designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service as a Regional Center.
