AMOUNT OF INVESTMENT < BACK
As a general rule, the EB-5 program calls for a minimum investment of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per investor, with exceptions for investment in rural areas or areas of high unemployment (each a “Targeted Employment Area,” or ‘TEA”), where the minimum investment amount is reduced to Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) per investor. Regent America concentrates almost exclusively on investment opportunities which require the minimum investment of $500,000.
